Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Length: 1 year contract
Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

What's a typical day as an Employer and Job Coordinator? You'll be:

Developing new employer partnerships and strengthening existing workforce relationships
Creating and overseeing job opportunities for Federal Work-Study(FWS) and non-FWS students
Coordinating workshops for job development skills such as resume writing and interviewing
Overseeing the FWS Off-Campus Employer student hiring, payment, and employer reimbursement processes
Designing and presenting student worker and FWS orientation sessions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree with five (5) or more years of job development skills.
At least two (2) to five (5) years of experience developing jobs; working with non-profit organizations.
A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of Financial Aid experience.
Must have at least one year of supervisory responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Have experience in developing business and industry partnerships
Exhibit a self-starting attitude and excellent communication skills
Are well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite
