Salary: $55,000-$65,000

Responsibilities
Provide advanced support to the President and Cabinet members, managing and prioritizing diverse projects and timelines.
Serve as the liaison to various internal and external stakeholders, screening correspondence and calls, and ensuring the President and Cabinet members are informed of all matters requiring their attention.
Coordinate all travel plans, develop itineraries and agendas, and assemble travel packets for the President and Cabinet members.
Oversee the President and Cabinet members' schedules, managing daily activities, appointments, meetings, social engagements, and college/community functions.
Identify priorities to ensure critical issues are addressed promptly and appropriately.
Facilitate campus operations with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and support events hosted by the President and Cabinet members, including preparing agendas, arranging support equipment, and managing event logistics.
Oversee and manage multiple projects, track critical dates, events, and organizational issues, and ensure deadlines are met by following up with appropriate parties.
Prepare correspondence for distribution, approval, and signature, ensuring documents are complete and accurate.
Provide authoritative information regarding college policies or decisions, referring inquiries or problems to the appropriate office or person, and resolving issues efficiently.
Manage all aspects of meetings led by the President and/or Cabinet members, including coordinating agendas, securing space, and creating support materials.
Ensure effective meeting coordination for Board of Directors meetings, Senior Staff meetings, Senior Team meetings, and all-staff meetings.
Provide information for reports and records through research, data retrieval, compiling statistics, and organizing information in usable formats.
Facilitate preparation for events by advising/contacting participants, preparing agendas and programs, and providing support during events.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant
