Job Summary of Assistant Client Advisor:

A Assistant Client Advisor at Banner Bank provides backup support as a teller or banker at different retail branches within a specific geographic area. Your mission is to make sure that every customer has a positive encounter while banking with the institution. You must handle client transactions with precision and efficiency, while leveraging your knowledge of the bank's products and services to suggest suitable options for customers. This position requires daily travel between branches.

Qualification of Assistant Client Advisor:

Banking professionals must also be well-versed in regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry. This includes knowledge of federal and state banking laws, as well as ethical practices:

• The position requires a candidate with at least one-year teller experience and a sales background with a proven track record of meeting established targets
• Strong talent in managing and structuring workload, coupled with introductory proficiencies in numerical computations, conflict resolution, and decision making
• It is important to have a good telephone manner as it demonstrates professionalism and good communication skills to others
• Demonstrated proficiency in building strong relationships with individuals; top-notch customer service capabilities

• The hourly pay for this job starts between $18.00 and $19.00, and based on experience, employees are eligible for a $1.50 premium on top of their base pay
