What's a Typical Day as an Accounts Receivable Processor? You'll Be:

Processing and recording incoming payments accurately and promptly.
Reconciling payments with open invoices and ensuring correct application.
Building and fostering strong relationships with customers for seamless payment processing.
Managing the aging of accounts receivable and taking steps to follow up on overdue payments.

This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit if You:

Have a high school diploma; prefer a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Have at least 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable role.
Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an understanding of ERP-based accounting systems like Syspro.
Excel in problem-solving and have effective communication skills.
