Responsibilities of Payment Desk Attendant:

• Welcome diners with enthusiasm and engage them in a positive manner within the restaurant.
• Efficiently process the guests' orders and accurately complete the payments.
• Promptly address and resolve any concerns or questions raised by guests.
• Provide a secure and comfortable environment for both employees and visitors.
• Promote harmonious interactions with our Delivery Partners
• Ensure facility cleanliness by completing tasks that include wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
• Responding to queries about dishes on the menu and current marketing promotions
• Have the necessary ingredients and dishes lined up for menu item preparation
• Refreshing supplies and configuring work areas
• Employing culinary tools like baking ovens, fryers, griddles, and a range of kitchen equipment for cooking tasks
• Maintaining a hygienic work setting by performing various cleaning activities like wiping down workstations, cleaning tools, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors

Requirements of Payment Desk Attendant:

• Candidates who are at least 16 years mature are welcome to apply, regardless of their prior experience.
• Dependable means of transportation are a must-have.
• Proficiency in interpreting and comprehending written documents, including safety rules, maintenance instructions, operating manuals, and training materials.
• Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time.
