You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Requirements of Service Assistant Manager:

• To be eligible, one must have attained the age of 18 years or older.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• The job mandates a 50-hour work week, and although a high school diploma or GED is preferred, it is not a prerequisite.
• Basic computer literacy
• A dependable ride is a prerequisite.
• Key numerical and financial proficiencies, complemented by effective analytical and decision-making capacities
• Adept at maintaining cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors, dusting shelves, and handling the disposal of trash containers by placing them in an outdoor bin.
• Competent in tidying up the parking lot and the outdoor spaces surrounding the restaurant.
• Must be capable of tolerating standing, walking, lifting objects up to 50 lbs, and bending over for the majority of the shift.
• Any changes or additions to these job duties and responsibilities may be made by the company and Upper Management, with or without prior notice.
