Job Summary of Sales Floor Associate:

Our Sales Floor Associate are passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize. They are constantly learning, supporting their team across all departments, and contributing to an overall fun store culture!

Responsibilities of Sales Floor Associate:

• Greet everyone with a positive attitude and proactively engage with customers to support and enhance their shopping experience
• Demonstrate authentic interactions with customers by highlighting dedication, expertise, passion, and loyalty towards their chosen sport or activity
• Uphold the company's regulations for displaying products from premium sporting goods brands
• Develop a store environment that prioritizes inclusivity, ensuring that all individuals, whether associates or customers, are treated with respect, feel safe, and are welcomed into the space
• As the business landscape shifts, other tasks may be essential to sustain the team and keep the store operations running smoothly

Qualification of Sales Floor Associate:

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
