Job Summary of Financial Consultant:

As a Financial Consultant at Banner Bank, your primary responsibility is to provide support as a teller/banker at various retail branch locations within a specified region. You should strive to create an enjoyable experience for every client while ensuring that their transactions are processed accurately and promptly. Additionally, you should suggest and promote bank products and services that may be of interest to clients. This position requires you to travel between branches daily.

Qualification of Financial Consultant:

Excellent communication and customer service skills are also important for bankers, as they need to work closely with clients, answer questions, and help clients make informed financial decisions:

• To be eligible for the role, candidates must have at least one year of teller experience combined with expertise in sales and proven success in achieving established objectives
• Astuteness in managing and structuring responsibilities, combined with rudimentary proficiencies in mathematics, negotiation, and analytical reasoning
• The ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written means is necessary to succeed in any workplace
• Excellent abilities in establishing rapport and building strong relationships; exceptional talent in meeting and exceeding customer expectations

• Based on experience, employees can earn an hourly wage of $18.00 to $19.00 for this position. An extra premium of $1.50 can be added to their base salary
