What's a typical day as an Accountant II? You'll be:
• Maintaining accounts receivable processes and systems in the ERP system while supporting legacy systems as needed.
• Handling cash applications, generating invoices and credit memos, and managing collections efficiently.
• Collaborating with the customer service team to research and resolve chargeback claims, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School degree with six years of experience, an Associate degree with five years of experience, a Bachelor's degree with four years of experience, or a Master's degree with two years of experience.
• Possess at least 2 years of accounts receivable experience and a solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Are proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, and Word) and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
