Job Summary of Customer Experience Associate:

Our Customer Experience Associate are passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize. They are constantly learning, supporting their team across all departments, and contributing to an overall fun store culture!

Responsibilities of Customer Experience Associate:

• Welcome everyone warmly and actively seek out opportunities to assist customers in enhancing their shopping experience
• Display authentic customer interaction by demonstrating a strong interest, understanding, determination, and allegiance to their sport or pastime
• Encourage participation in company initiatives such as warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions
• Promote a store atmosphere that fosters inclusivity, where everyone is embraced and respected, creating a sense of belonging for all individuals who interact within the establishment
• As the requirements of the business change, there may be a need for extra tasks to be undertaken in order to back up the team and the store

Qualification of Customer Experience Associate:

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
