Now Hiring: Junior Buyer (Hybrid) - San Mateo, CA

Schedule: Mon-Fri | 8AM-5PM
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 remote
Pay: $25.00/HR

Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend

About the Role:
Join the US Procurement team as a Junior Buyer, supporting purchasing operations from our San Mateo office.

What You'll Do:

Assist with ordering goods and services following company guidelines
Request and compare supplier quotes
Create and track purchase orders
Communicate with vendors and internal teams on order status
Support supplier setup and maintain records
Help resolve invoice and delivery issues
Ensure documentation meets company standards

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
1-2 years of relevant experience
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
Strong communication and Excel skills
ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus, not required
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
