Job Summary of Retail Team Member:

Our Retail Team Member are passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize. They are constantly learning, supporting their team across all departments, and contributing to an overall fun store culture!

Responsibilities of Retail Team Member:

• Extend friendly greetings to everyone and take the initiative to approach customers with proactive support to aid them during their shopping trip
• Prove proficiency in interacting with customers by embodying passion, knowledge, persistence, and dedication to their sport or activity
• Ensure the company's high standards are met when presenting merchandise from top-tier sporting goods brands
• Foster an inclusive store environment where all individuals, including both associates and customers, are valued, respected, and made to feel welcome through a commitment to prioritizing inclusivity and respect
• In response to business exigencies, supporting the team and store may necessitate the undertaking of other tasks

Qualification of Retail Team Member:

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
