Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: San Carlos, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00/HR

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in San Carlos. This is a full-time, onsite position with the potential to become permanent. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have experience using QuickBooks or Acctivate.

Responsibilities:

Handle invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
Support month-end closing and reporting
Communicate with customers about billing and payments
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with other accounting tasks as needed, including helping with general inventory management duties.

Requirements:

Prior A/R or accounting experience is required
Experience with QuickBooks and/or Acctivate preferred
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Great attention to detail and time management
Strong communication skills
Dependable and able to work independently
